Instructions on Joining the Withholdapadues Listserve
	To join the withholdapadues listserve, you must establish a Yahoo account (BUT YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO USE YAHOO EMAIL ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED, YOU CAN FORWARD YOUR EMAIL TO YOUR REGULAR SERVER IF YOU PREFER). It takes less than five minutes to go through all the necessary steps (and it's free).  For those who already have a Yahoo account, it takes less than 60 seconds to join a specific group. In either case, go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/withholdapadues   and follow the directions. Once in the group, the listserve can be accessed through withholdapadues@yahoogroups.com If you have any trouble going through this process, webmaster, Rachel Kadushin, at  Kadushin@aol.com is there to help.
