A day right before the discovery of the women’s stays, a Grand County deputy stopped a driver outdoors city in an incident that “was so unnerving that the veteran regulation enforcement officer made the decision not to compose the dashing ticket as he did not want to acquire his eyes off of” the male, according to the court files.
