The lawsuit comes after Attorneys for Civil Rights filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of the unlawful immigrants flown to Martha’s Winery.

The lawsuit alleges that DeSantis “developed and executed a premeditated, fraudulent, and unlawful plan centered on exploiting this vulnerability for the sole reason of advancing their have private, money and political passions.”

Gov. DeSantis’ spokesperson Taryn Fenske explained the course action lawsuit as “political theater.”
