“We are deeply concerned about the prospect of taxpayer pounds remaining allocated to nonprofit entities that publish bail for people today but are not held liable to the identical requirements as conventional bail brokers inside their jurisdiction,” the senators wrote in a letter to the GAO received first by WHD News Digital.
