Now Reps. Jordan and Davis are inquiring Capitol police for all studies, witness statements, surveillance footage, and photographs relevant to the arrests.

“These men and women have been arrested and billed with unlawful entry just after causing ‘disturbances’ at the places of work of various Republican users, including ‘banging’ on their place of work doorways,” Jordan and Davis wrote to UCSP Main J. Thomas Manger.

The letter calls out Rep. Adam Schiff: “The persons reportedly gained access back again into the constructing by way of Agent Adam Schiff, a member of the Household Find Committee to Investigate January 6, and Representative Jackie Auchinloss.”

A spokesperson for CBS instructed WHD News last week that the “interviews at the Capitol ended up authorized and pre-arranged by means of Congressional aides of the associates interviewed.”

A Capitol law enforcement spokesperson reported that additional prices could be possible immediately after consulting with prosecutors.
