Putin on Monday declared that he was recognizing two breakaway territories in Ukraine, the Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic, and adopted it up with a deployment of troops that the White Dwelling has described as an “invasion.”

“The invasion has begun,” a White Home official told WHD News. “So our sanctions reaction has started.”

Biden is envisioned to announce new financial sanctions against Russia just after he signed an government purchase Monday imposing sanctions on the separatist Ukraine areas.

Meanwhile, U.S. and European officers are preparing for a probable refugee wave out of Ukraine – boosting fears of a disaster that could eclipse the 2015 Syrian refugee crisis.
