MLB lockout: Gamers begin $1M fund for workers impacted

Locked-out Important League Baseball gamers are starting a $1 million fund to help employees impacted by canceled online games.

The players’ association stated Friday the fund will be administered by the union and the AFL-CIO. It will be dispersed to stadium staff and others induced fiscal hardship by baseball’s ninth do the job stoppage, which was in its 93rd working day.
