Eckert’s children explained to the Journal Sentinel in April that they think their father could be responsible for their mother’s disappearance. 

Wes Eckert Jr. reported he and his sister, Kelsey Eckert, are suspicious of their father for the reason that he has “not assisted in the look for in any way.”
