Tennessee Secretary of State billed with DUI

Tennessee’s Republican Secretary of Point out was arrested on Friday night on suspicion of driving whilst intoxicated immediately after leaving a songs pageant.

“On Friday evening just after leaving the Bonnaroo Audio Pageant, I was stopped by the Tullahoma Police Section and subsequently arrested for DUI,” Tennessee Secretary of Point out Tre Hargett explained in a statement. “Driving Underneath the Affect is a critical matter, and I regret the circumstances that led to my arrest. I respect law enforcement and will rely on the authorized process as we shift ahead.”

Hargett was booked into the Espresso County Jail soon just after midnight Saturday and introduced a couple hrs afterwards, according to jail information.
