A murder suspect accused of taking pictures and killing a gentleman at a Virginia motel on Sunday morning surrendered to police just after sheriff’s deputies obtained in contact with him on FaceTime. 

George Pearson III, 44, was arrested shortly in advance of noon and charged with 2nd degree murder, possession of a firearm by a felon, and employing use of a firearm in the fee of a felony.
