Biden responds to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine: ‘The entire world will hold Russia accountable’

President Biden condemned Russian President Vladimir Putin just after the nation carried out armed service operations in Ukraine Wednesday night (Thursday morning neighborhood time).

“The world will keep Russia accountable,” Biden mentioned in a pair of tweets Wednesday, times soon after Russia carried out the military action.

“President Putin’s actions need a business reaction. That is why we’re imposing complete blocking sanctions on VEB and Russia’s armed service bank, reducing off Russia from western financing, imposing sanctions on elites, and additional,” Biden extra in one more tweet. “We will continue on to escalate sanctions if Russia escalates.”

The U.S. president also called on intercontinental allies to answer.

“Russia by yourself is liable for the death and destruction this assault will carry, and the United States and its Allies and associates will react in a united and decisive way,” he included.

In a different statement, Biden explained the attack as “unprovoked and unjustified.”

“The prayers of the whole earth are with the people today of Ukraine tonight as they undergo an unprovoked and unjustified attack by Russian navy forces,” Biden claimed via the White Property.
