White Dwelling press secretary Jen Psaki explained the Biden White Dwelling has not “dominated out diplomacy without end” with Russia amid the Kremlin’s invasion of Ukraine.

Psaki was also questioned why President Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin have been not talking.
